Please check OptionC for information on transportation from Dayton Public Schools to Immaculate Conception School for the next school year.  You do not even have to log in since the files are on the public side of the web site.

You will see that to get bus transportation, you have to email to CharterTransportationService@dps.k12.oh.us the following documents: 

+ Proof of address, 

+ Registration form and birth certificate for each child enrolled at Immaculate.  

If your child is new to Immaculate you must also send:

+ Withdrawal letter from the Dayton Public School (if your child was enrolled in a Dayton Public School).  

Also, if you are divorced or have a court order for custody, you must also e-mail them a copy of that order.
